Job seeking webinar for students and recent graduates

 The good thing about being a student or a recent graduate in Norway? Most people secure a job within their field of education. Not always their first job, but within a relative short time of having graduated. Now we are excited to show you how you will find your dream job

So, what is needed? Well often you are required to do more than just trawl Finn.no, your university`s career page and spam out your CV and application. And believe it or not! There are so many fun, motivating and efficient ways of finding your dream job outside of what you have learned from general job seeking tips.

In AvantGarde Search we mainly recruit for positions in which requires number of years of experience. As a result, we are probably not the right recruitment company for you. But! Our way of contributing is to share some of our tips to students and recent graduates in relation to how you can secure your dream job. Our Co-Founder, Erik Falk Hansen, has 20 years`+ experience from international recruitment and business of which the last 10 years here in Norway. He meets key stakeholders within business on a weekly basis in order to stay up to date on what is happening within the business community, and he is incredible excited to share some of what he has learned in this webinar. And perhaps even better: he will bring along a surprise guest.
