  • Maša started at AvantGarde Search in August 2021 and has a somewhat different background for a recruiter. She used to work in sales before she ended up being a teacher before shifting her career towards recruiting.

    Maša has a Bachelor in Culture & Communication from the University of Oslo, as well as additional education within health & fitness, coaching and customer success. Maša has recruited for companies like PwC, PRA Group, Element Logic, Skyfri Technologies, Bertel O. Steen & Cloud Insurance. Her main network is people within data & analytics, finance, strategy and sales.

    Maša has a big dog, the labrador retriever Astro. She likes to take him for long walks, or have him join her on the cross country trails when she goes skiing. Her other great hobbies are horseback-riding, running and strength training. She doesn’t watch TV and prefers to spend the rest of her free time with friends and family.
