  • Erik is one of the Founders and has worked within recruitment and management since 2002 and now heads up the executive search division together with Masa Mandic. He has worked internationally for 15 years up until the start of AvantGarde Search. Erik was the initiative taker for #CVDugnaden during COVID, an initiative that gave free CV-help to everyone losing their job or being temporarily laid off. Erik is passionate about recruitment, business and diversity, and he has been open in media about his Bipolar disorder. He is regularly used by media and has had the pleasure of being a regular on DN Mandagsmøtet and E24 Voksenpoeng.

  • Simen holds a Bachelor in HR & Management and has many years` experience from the IT, start-up, and scale-up sectors, having held various commercial roles at companies such as Crayon, Nordcloud, and FirstVet.

    In AvantGarde Search, Simen works as a Recruitment Specialist predominantly for management positions, utilizing his vast network within this field.

    Outside of work Simen enjoys sailing, following his beloved Vålerenga and spending time in the mountains.
