Erik is one of the Founders and has worked within recruitment and management since 2002. He has worked internationally for 15 years up until the start of AvantGarde Search. Erik was the initiative taker for #CVDugnaden during COVID, an initiative that gave free CV-help to everyone losing their job or being temporarily laid off. Erik is passionate about recruitment, business and diversity, and he has been open in media about his Bipolar disorder. He is regularly used by media and has had the pleasure of being a regular on DN Mandagsmøtet and E24 Voksenpoeng.

Since the start in 2019, Erik has recruited for companies including Airthings, ODA, Disruptive Technologies, Arundo Analytics, Kahoot, WG2, Xplora, Allente, FiRi, Cognite, Gnist and PwC.

Erik`s dream: To live in a small village in the English countryside with a local pub, farm-shop, bakery, fish monger and a butcher.

Masa started at AvantGarde Search in August 2021 and works with executive search for mid-level & senior positions.

Masa has a Bachelor in culture & communication from University of Oslo, as well as additional education within health & fitness. Masa also has also a strong pedagogical background.

Since her start Masa has recruited senior management and CxO positions for companies including PwC, PRA Group, D-Fetch, Element Logic, Skyfri Technologies, and Bertel O. Steen.

Masa`s dream: Move to a farm and have loads of horses and dogs.

Trine joined AvantGarde Search in March 2023 as Chairwoman of the board. In November she entered the role of CEO, while our fantastic Erik can concentrate his time on our dear clients and candidates. Trine has broad experience from working in leadership teams in the tech industry and from having been part of the startup environment in Oslo.

Amanda joined AvantGarde Search in june 2023 after leaving Sweden and moving to Norway earlier this year. She has a Bachelor in psychology from the University of Södetörn, with a main focus on people- and organisational development. Amanda has also worked within recruitment during her studies.

At AvantGarde, Amanda will be working as a Talent Sourcer focusing on software & analytical positions.

Lotte started with AvantGarde Search in August 2020 and up until recently has been responsible for lead software & CTO positions. Now, Lotte has joined Stine on the IoT-Team, and will be recruiting technical & management positions for IoT companies. Lotte has a degree in Marketing Management from BI and wrote her thesis about how consumers adopt artificial intelligence.

Lotte`s dream: Become a real CTO

In the summer of 2023 Håkon joined AvantGarde Search after completing his bachelor in economics and administration from BI Oslo. Prior to this, he had a 7 year long career in the Norwegian army, showcasing his diverse background and experience.

At AvantGarde, Håkon will be working as a Talent Sourcer focusing on software & analytical positions.

Patricia joined AvantGarde Search in August 2021 and has a Bachelor Degree in Social & Culture Psychology, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design.

Being born in Sweden and having lived in Montivideo, Barcelona and New York, she now calls Oslo her home. Patricia has a creative background, having worked with both photography and marketing.

Mia joined AvantGarde Search in Autumn 2021 and works as a Chief Talent Sourcer for companies with specific needs for agile driven positions.

She has a Bachelor in Social Science from The University of Bergen. Additionally she is pursuing a part-time Master Degree in Leadership at Oslo Met.

Mia is passionate about diversity and social equality and feels this is important to be able to recruit & sustain the best talent.

Tim joined AvantGarde Denmark in early 2024 after having previously worked in-house for a hyper-growth SaaS business in the Swedish Tech scene. He has broad experience hiring for various departments in the technology area and enjoys working with a helicopter perspective.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science and spends every free hour cycling to explore new places wherever he goes.
