Erik is one of the Founders and has worked within recruitment and management since 2002. He has worked internationally for 15 years up until the start of AvantGarde Search. Erik was the initiative taker for #CVDugnaden during COVID, an initiative that gave free CV-help to everyone losing their job or being temporarily laid off. Erik is passionate about recruitment, business and diversity, and he has been open in media about his Bipolar disorder. He is regularly used by media and has had the pleasure of being a regular on DN Mandagsmøtet and E24 Voksenpoeng.
Today, Erik predominantly focuses on leadership recruitment / executive search and has a vast network within this field.
Outside of work, Erik enjoys playing poker, following his beloved Leeds United and spending time with his god, Scampi.

In AvantGarde Search, Patricia works as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for product and design related positions, as well as operational positions.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, photography and travelling.
