Welcome to our series about what we believe is the three most important things when it comes to Technology companies securing the best Management, Technical and Commercial talent within the Copenhagen area.

Having opened our offices in Copenhagen this year, we are following our Norway business concept of being the driver for more modern and agile recruitment services, in what we believe has become a very conservative industry. This has given us the opportunity to recruit for some of the fastest growing technology companies in the Nordics and beyond, and now we would like to share some of our thoughts with our Danish eco-system.

Agile 
Learn as you go along, don’t be afraid of changing tactics, continuously evaluate candidates and process, stakeholders have regular dialogue, constant pace and momentum, constantly reflect, tune and adjust.                               

Employer Branding
Create a great prospect (can be writing, visuals, video, podcast), show your people, show your values, show your plans, show your journey ahead.

Candidate focus
Ensure that all candidates experience a great candidate journey / experience, be available, make it easy to communicate, listen to them, treat them in accordance with your values.
