Many wait until January to start recruiting, which means less competition in reaching top talent during November and December.
Imagine the great candidates you could miss out on by waiting until the new year to launch the position.
If you start now, Q1 can be focused on other important priorities.
Even if a signature isn’t secured by year-end, you’ll enter January with solid momentum and a strong candidate pipeline.
We aim to close all our positions before Christmas if initiated before the end of November. Although it’s not always possible, the worst-case scenario is securing the perfect hire for our clients by January.
And yes, November and December can be busy, but recruiting doesn’t need to take up much of your time. By approaching the process in an agile way, you might be pleasantly surprised!
