Lotte started as a Talent Sourcer in AvantGarde Search in August 2020, having completed her degree in Marketing Management at BI. Her thesis was about how consumers adopt artificial intelligence and since her studies Lotte has had a great passion for technology and science. During her studies, Lotte volunteered at Oslo Business Forum as well as BI`s student organization. She is cheering for diversity and her role models are women in tech, kicking ass. : Lotte is responsible for recruiting Software Developers to the tech-community. Since starting with AvantGarde Search she has had the opportunity to recruit technical staff to Disruptive Technologies, Unite Living, Airthings, Allente and Documaster.

Fathia joined AvantGarde Search in the spring 2019 having previously build her own successful business in Oslo. She has a Bachelor in Human Resources from Høyskolen i Kristiania and in addition to her responsibilities as Chief Talent Sourcer, Fathia is also responsible for internal HR procedures within AvantGarde Search. Fathia looks after recruitment for tech-companies within sales, marketing and design and has recruited for companies such as Airthings, VIBBIO, Thefactory, Huddly, Allente, Unite Living and many more. She is a true specialist within her field and aim to be the leading recruiter for companies looking to secure the best talent within these areas.

Erik`s dream: To live in a small village in the English countryside with a local pub, farm-shop, bakery, fish monger and a butcher.

Erik has 15 year`s + recruitment experience from both Norway, UK and Central Europe. He moved to the UK straight after college to study International Business and worked for an international leader within specialist recruitment after his studies. His overall responsibilities as an AvantGarder is Business Development with the aim of ensuring that AvantGarde Search constantly are ahead in time in relation to recruitment services and practises. Additionally, he is involved with recruitment for key clients and positions at C-Suit level. Erik is passionate about discrimination and fairness within the business community and is regularly used in newspaper articles, podcasts, events and more. He is a big believer in using agile principles and values in recruitment processes and holds regular webinars and seminars about this hot topic. Erik was also the initiative taker for #CVdugnaden as seen on Good Morning Norway when the first COVID-19 lock-down took place. An initiative in which all people losing their jobs would be given free advice in relation to their CV.
