First and foremost: We aim to make our processes as simple and effective as possible for all potential candidates. We expect you to be in work and thus may not have time to go through several rounds of interviews with us before getting the chance to meet our client / the potential employer. We therefore do as follows:

  1. If you are interested in knowing more about a position we will send you a detailed prospect with much more info about the company, their culture, their future plans and the position.
  2. If you are interested after reading the prospect we will set up a 45 min video-meeting between you and the responsible person in AvantGarde Search.
  3. The next meeting will be with the potential employer in order for you and them to get a feel for one another.
  4. We do not take references before you have given us permission to do so. Neither do we use our network to get in-direct references.
  5. All offers comes directly from the employer.
