Dossier Solutions is a Nordic tech company leading the development of digital solutions for competence tracking and competence management. The company was founded in 2001 and consist of more than 50 motivated employees located in Norway, Denmark, USA and Germany.

What will be your responsibilities?

We have been able to find a way of identifying potential customers, approaching them and them into satisfied customers.

Your first responsibility is to interact with potential customers and build a pipeline.

We then expect you to convert the pipeline into sales. Sales which turns one more customer into a good ambassador as you have ensured the solution will actually solve their problems.

Who are we looking for?

You have a genuine interest in how organizations manage and develop their most important asset, their human capital.

You don’t need to have any experience from working in the tech industry, but we have seen the interest in digitizing business processes or employee development processes helps you find solution to the customer’s pain.
