What is Allente?

Allente is a Nordic TV Operator, providing top quality TV services to its appr. 1.2 million customers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The Company was established in May 2020 by a merger between Canal Digital and Viasat Consumer.  In 2019, the two companies had combined net sales of SEK 7.5 bn. Allente is owned 50/50 by Telenor Group and NENT Group.

Key responsibilities and duties 

Your role as Head of Sales B2B will be new and central as we are now taking the next step with our B2B unit. You will be developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships will be essential, as well as being responsible for all commercial activities towards potential and current customers.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • To lead and support the sales team to own and hit/exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of markets and accounts
  • Own and develop our sales channels, including Partner Sales
  • Contribute to and deliver on Nordic Strategy for B2B
  • Personnel officer for employees within the department​
