Business Development Manager – We are Xaited in getting you on board!

Xait is an international software technology company with headquarters in Stavanger, Norway as well as operations in Austin, Texas. The company’s main product is XaitPorter – a document collaboration and production tool for producing complex documents such as tenders, proposals and reports. This bench-mark solution is used by major corporations around the world.

We are now looking to grow our sales team and looking for a Business Development Manager to take our award-winning solutions out to new industries and markets. A unique opportunity to make an impact and a unique opportunity to put your mark on things.

This also is an opportunity to join a global company with highly skilled and passionate staff who already have a strong foot print within the oil & gas sector, IT industries and pharmaceutical industry. Other markets are “just waiting” to be opened by you.

The overall responsibility is to manage the sales process from A to Z by tracking down potential clients, attend meetings and close the deal.

Daily tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Presenting Xait’s solutions to new customers both nationally and internationally
  • Handing over newly signed clients to Key Account Managers at Xait
  • Contribute to development and improvement of the sales team within Xait
  • Attend conferences and other events
  • Assist in marketing the company and our solutions via modern and digital channels
  • Register all activity in Salesforce



You have a great track record within solution sales and are fluent in both Norwegian and English. You have passion for technology and ideally some experience with document processes. Last, but not least; You have a “hunter attitude”, commercial mindset and someone who always keep your focus on finding new potential clients.
